Cancellation Policy
*15 min grace period! You will be charged a late fee (fee: 50% of service booked and you will be rescheduled
*When confirmation texts get sent out please confirm your appointments or they will be CANCELED No Warning! My app sends them out twice so no excuses !!
- When canceling an appointment it must be
* 72HRS IN ADVANCE !! *
If not you will be charged last minute fee (fee: 50% of service booked)
it will be REQUIRED TO BE PAID DAY OF CANCELLATION!
*** If Less than 24 Hours 100% of service will be required.
* If you cancel last minute 3 times consecutively your spot will be revoked
* When charging late fees and no show fees if you have a card on file I will charge automatically. If the transaction doesn't go through, your still required to pay fee day of, if not your spot will be revoked !
* If your a no call/ no show 1st offender you will be required to pay full price of booked appointment day of! If you don't your spot will be revoked And you will be banned from ever booking again!
